The Mission of Santé Center for Healing is to address addictive behaviors and associated conditions with an integrated addiction treatment model, drawing from traditional and innovative approaches. Our services are open to individuals and families who seek recovery from addictive behaviors, with a focus on treating the addicted professional. We provide treatment with integrity, promoting wellness for the patient, family and public in a safe and pleasant setting.
The foundation for a healing relationship is trust. At Santé, an essential element of trust is confidentiality. Information about your stay is confidential, as assured by all standards mandated through the Notice of Privacy Practices as a requirement under the Privacy Rule of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
The Notice explains how Santé may use and share your personal health information to carry out treatment, payment of services and health care operations. Other reasons permitted or required by law are also referred to in the Notice. The Notice explains your rights to read and control your protected health information and explains the responsibility Santé has to protect you.
A release of information is required for any communication, whether partial or full, with any outside personnel (including: family, employer, governing body, etc.).
